Folk: the AI CRM for Email & WhatsApp Power Users
Folk is not the most sales-focused CRM but it does have a will to be multi-channel.

Pros of Folk
Beyond Email, you can integrate the CRM natively with WhatsApp.
From there, you can chat with your CRM contacts on WhatsApp directly in the CRM which is pretty cool.
This avoid back-and-forth between multiple platforms.
When it comes to its AI features, Folk can remind you to follow up and you can also chat with the CRM (think ChatGPT for CRM) to ask questions about your leads.
Folk is great multi-channel CRM for solopreneurs. Pricing starts at under $29/mo and you don't necessarily to have an upper plan.

Cons of Folk
On its different landing pages, Folk tells you that it integrates with LinkedIn but it tends to disappoint users, here's why.
The sync with LinkedIn of Folk is not native.
They have a chrome extension to add/update contacts from LinkedIn but when it comes to auto-syncing messages on LinkedIn, it requires manual clicks. Furthermore you can't natively chat in the CRM via LinkedIn using Folk.

Close CRM integrates Email, SMS, WhatsApp and Calling
Close is arguably the best multi-channel CRM for Email, SMS WhatsApp AND Calling.

Pros of Close
Close is a great CRM for sales teams that are calling power users.
It also has built-in AI features that allow you to record your meetings with deep analysis to improve your sales metrics.
Close is one of the only sales CRM that includes SMS. You can send SMS at scale by using automated workflows and doing outreach.
They recently released WhatsApp as well, they have a perfect 2-way sync of WhatsApp convos on the lead page.

Cons of Close
Close is not focused on socials so if B2B socials like LinkedIn are key for you, it's kind of a deal breaker. You can close the gap with their list of integrations related to LinkedIn but it won't be super optimized.
Secondly, Close's AI is more like an AI assistant, it won't move leads automatically for you. It's really good for note taking and suggesting next steps though.
It's also quite expensive to start at $49/mo per user. At that price, you don't the power dialer or the AI email assistant included.
