Pros of this demo
This demo covers all parts of Breakcold in less than 6 minutes, which is pretty fast ⏱️.
You get a good overview of what an AI sales CRM is, while also discovering Breakcold’s integrations with LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, and calling 🔗.
At the end of this demo, you can directly know if Breakcold is the right CRM for you or not ✅.
Cons of this demo
This demo doesn't include the latest features of Breakcold like it's built-in meeting recorder.
You also doesn't have an actual walkthrough of the application on the whole video which can be a downside for some people.
CRM Demo 2 - LessAnnoyingCRM: The CRM for small businesses
LessAnnoyingCRM, also known as LACRM is a CRM software for small businesses like agencies or consultants.
Pros of this demo
The demo includes different team members so you can get a feel for what LACRM is all about 👥.
You learn how to set up the CRM while discovering it at the same time ⚙️.
At the end of the video, you know if the UI/UX of Less Annoying CRM is for you, and if its simple approach matches your feature expectations 🎯.
Cons of this demo
This is not a perfect demo video per se, it's a getting started video that happens to showcase all the features of LACRM.
Because of the scripted aspect of the demo, some time is lost instead of focusing on what matters.
CRM Demo 3 - Attio: The AI CRM for PLG startups
Attio is a rising CRM that wants to compete with Salesforce and that is a great fit for PLG startups that handle a large amount of data.
Pros of this demo
This demo is a full walkthrough of Attio’s capabilities, while also being a mini tutorial in itself 🎥.
There’s a natural flow in the demo that helps you understand how you can use Attio’s CRM workflows and other CRM automation features 🧠.
The demo focuses on explaining Attio’s data model, since every CRM works differently ⚙️.
Cons of this demo
The demo focuses on the main aspects of Attio but doesn't put enough context and who is the CRM built for.
There's also no explanation of what Attio truly is, it goes straight away in the demo.
CRM Demo 4 - Close: The CRM for Cold Callers
Close.io is famously known for being one of the best CRM for call tracking.
Pros of this demo
The demo is very complete, it covers many aspects of Close with a voiceover and actual footages of the software.
At the end of the demo, you understand how the data model of Close works and how you can fully automate the CRM. You also get a peek on how the calling features work and adapt to your sales stack.
Cons of this demo
The use of abstract design materials for the demo make some parts less authentic and makes it harder to visualize what the software is capable of at times.
The demo doesn't focus on Close sets of new features that have been released in the last years, the demo is from 2023 and no other new demos has occurred since then.
CRM Demo 5 - Folk: The CRM for Solopreneurs
Folk is one of the best CRM for solopreneurs on the market with a couple of social selling integrations with WhatsApp for example.
Pros of this demo
The demo goes over the "if Notion was a CRM" aspect of Folk.
A huge focus is made on the use of Folk's chrome extension so you can really learn how helpful it is to add/update people from LinkedIn & other platforms to the CRM.
Cons of this demo
The demo doesn’t really explain what Folk is or who it’s for 🤔.
The beginning of the demo just starts by reading the title (H1) of the landing page, without properly explaining the problem that Folk solves in detail.
The demo video also doesn’t cover the new features Folk promotes the most, which doesn’t make sense ⚠️. Those features are their WhatsApp inbox and their AI assistant 📲.
CRM Demo 6 - Pipedrive: The OG Sales CRM
Pipedrive is the biggest sales CRM for SMBs on the world.
Pros of this demo
This is a really good demo 👌.
The demo goes from A to Z on the main aspects of Pipedrive: pipelines, email tracking, calendar, reports, automation, detailed views, and more 🧩.
The demo uses real footage of Pipedrive, enhanced in post production to make it more interactive 🎥.
It’s a short and effective demo, arguably one of the best in the list along with the Breakcold one 🔥.
Cons of this demo
The demo is not a live walkthrough 🎬.
It’s just a spokesperson reading a script, so the demo feels unauthentic at times and a bit out of touch 😕.
The demo also doesn’t cover important details for prospects, so they end up asking questions in the comments. For example, whether the software works on mobile or not 📱.
CRM Demo 7 - Hubspot: The BEST Marketing CRM
Hubspot is one of the 2 most famous CRM on earth. It's a marketing CRM by design but also has a SalesHub as well as other sub features.
Pros of this demo
You can understand all the different components of Hubspot with their Smart CRM system that entails: sales, marketing, service, operations, content and commerce hub.
You have a glimpse of what Hubspot looks like and a strong emphasis is made on all the native integrations that Hubspot has.
Cons of this demo
This is probably the worst CRM demo I’ve ever seen 😬.
You don’t really know if HubSpot is made for you or not at the end of it 🤷♂️.
The demo is very abstract and only shows the software for maybe 2% of the whole video. It’s not a helpful demo video in my opinion 🎥.
CRM Demo 8 - GoHighLevel: The CRM for SMMA Agencies
GoHighLevel is a sales marketing platform that is used as CRM by thousands of local businesses and lead generation agencies called SMMA in the space.
Pros of this demo
After this demo, you fully understand that for a flat fee of $97 to almost $500/month, you can get access to a software that replaces many other ones.
It also showcase how you can white label GoHighLevel to your needs if you're a SMMA agency or a local business with a client portal.
Cons of this demo
Similarly to HubSpot, the demo is awfully abstract 😕
You don’t really get to see the software, and it’s not a walkthrough video either 👀.
The demo video feels very generic, but at least it’s timeless even though it was released in 2023 ⏳.
CRM Demo 9 - Nimble: The CRM for Social Selling Companies
Once THE CRM software for Office 365, Nimble diversified itself to become a CRM built for email and socials.
Pros of this demo
The demo presents the different parts of the software with a focus on showing the actual software 👀.
Notably, there’s a strong focus on the fact that you can import contacts from many CRMs very easily with a one click CRM migration system 🔄.
Like Folk, there’s also a focus on their Chrome extension to add people from platforms like X to the CRM 🧩.
Cons of this demo
The demo uses pages of the landing page to demo the product which doesn't help as we can already go to the website.
The demo is not adapted to Nimble's current positioning and is more than 4 years old being released in 2022. A new demo should be released.
CRM Demo 10 - Salesforce: The sales CRM for Enterprise companies
Salesforce is the biggest CRM on planet earth and the biggest SaaS software as well.
Pros of this demo
The demo explains really well what Salesforce is about by highlighting the different problems Salesforce solves for its customers 🧠.
The demo covers all aspects of Salesforce: data, sales, service, marketing, commerce, analytics, platform, Slack, Tableau, Canvas, Heroku, and MuleSoft 🧩.
In 9 minutes, you can clearly know if Salesforce is for you or not just by watching the demo ⏱️.
Cons of this demo
Like HubSpot, the demo is very abstract, with old infographics to explain what Salesforce is 🎞️.
Although those infographics are on brand, they don’t help you visualize what Salesforce actually looks like, or whether the UI/UX is something you’d like 👀.
That said, let’s be honest: big organizations don’t pick Salesforce for the UI/UX anyway, so I guess it’s fine in their case 🏢.
