I think it’s safe to say that, considering its pricing structure, Google Meet is one of the most used softwares for online B2B calls.

I’m always impressed by Google. They built so many useful products such as Gmail, Google Maps, and many others.

With that being said, what are the CRMs integrating natively with Google Meet?

Well, I have 3 to present to you today 👇

CRM #1: Breakcold - The AI Native CRM for Salespeople using Google

Breakcold is one of the rare AI CRMs with a native Google Meet integration.

Pros

Like anything, Breakcold also has cons ⚠️

It can be argued that the integration is quite light when it comes to creating invites and updating them from Breakcold, it’s literally non-existent.

There’s also no calendar view to replicate the Google Calendar or Meet interface, so the navigation is a bit different from what you’re used to.

CRM #2: Copper - The CRM for Google Power Users

Copper is the BEST CRM for the Google Workspace environment I'd say, before Streak.

Pros

With Copper’s GMeet integration, you can auto-sync past and future meetings, as well as edit everything directly from Copper. 🧠

What I mean is that you can manually create and send calendar invites for a Google Meet straight from Copper.

This makes it a very strong native integration and probably the best in this top. ⚡

Cons

I don't see many cons here except the lack of AI aspects from Copper.

Data are stored in the CRM but they're not actionable to build more powerful workflows down the line.

CRM #3: Streak - The CRM for Google Workspace Users

Streak is a a very good Gmail CRM that obviously integrates with Google Meet.

Pros

Here are the pros of Streak 🧠

Streak auto-syncs meetings and calendar events inside its CRM.

But the real benefit lies in the fact that it integrates email conversations attached to the lead, along with every other activity in the lead’s profile.

That way, when you have a Google Meet call, you can simply open the lead’s profile in Streak before joining the meeting and leverage all the data you have on them to maximize the results of your call. 🚀

Cons

Unlike Copper, Streak is weaker in the sense that you can't really create and send invites from the CRM which a malus for a Google Workspace CRM.

You'd have to rely on Zapier instead.

Are there any other viable alternatives to Breakcold & the other Google CRMs mentioned in this article?

There are other softwares like Hubspot, Pipedrive and Salesforce but I wanted to focus on CRMs that are usually less mentioned and better suited for the need.
