Most CRMs auto-sync conversations with B2B contacts across different communication channels like email, LinkedIn, Telegram, and phone ✉️📞.
But VERY FEW CRMs have an all-in-one inbox to manage conversations with your B2B contacts directly inside the CRM 💬.
So what are the CRMs with an inbox management tool built-in? Let’s find out! 👇🏻
3 CRMs that are also an Inbox Management Tool (TL;DR) | ||
|---|---|---|
Most CRMs sync conversations. So which ones actually do it well? 📥 Breakcold is the most complete AI-native option with a true multi-channel inbox (Email, LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp, Phone). 🧠 Build ultra-specific smart inbox views using custom fields and filters — or let AI create them for you. 🔄 Conversations auto-sync to contacts and can automatically trigger lead movements and follow-ups. ⚠️ Not built for B2C (no Instagram/Messenger) and pricing can increase if you connect many social accounts. 💌 Brevo is great for B2C marketing teams with Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp & email in one place. 💰 Very affordable pricing and strong marketing automations. 🚫 Not ideal for B2B sales teams needing a true sales CRM inbox. 📨 RogerRoger is inbox-first, CRM-second. ⚡ Multi-channel inbox with lightweight pipeline management. ❌ Not powerful enough if you need advanced CRM features. 🚀 Bottom line: | ||
CRM #1: Breakcold - The AI Native CRM with a powerful Multi-channel Inbox Management Built-in
Breakcold is a sales CRM with a strong built-in inbox management system.

Pros
Breakcold integrates with email, LinkedIn, Telegram, phone, and WhatsApp, so it’s fully multi-channel 💬
You can filter your inbox using ALL the custom fields, custom objects, and more from your B2B contacts to create smart inbox views.
For example, you can create a view that says:
“Only show me the people who didn’t reply to my LinkedIn and email messages in the last 14 days and who work at companies with fewer than 20 employees.”
You can even ask AI to build those smart views for you 🤖
Thanks to this inbox system, all conversations are auto-synced with B2B contacts, and from there Breakcold can automatically move leads and create follow-up tasks so you never lose momentum in your deals.
Other pros include:
Being able to filter only B2B CRM contacts vs ALL conversations
A full roles and permissions system so team members can engage on your behalf
The ability to control what access coworkers have over your account (eg. read-only access, or send and read messages only for CRM contacts) 🔐

Cons
Like anything, Breakcold also has cons ⚠️
If you're a B2C company, Breakcold doesn’t support Instagram or Messenger.
Other than that, there aren’t really disadvantages when it comes to using Breakcold and its inbox management system.
Pricing might become an issue if you plan to plug hundreds of social accounts into a single Breakcold account 💸
CRM #2: Brevo, the excellent Marketing CRM
Brevo is a famous marketing CRM that started as an email marketing tool that slowly became a full marketing CRM software.

Pros
Here are the pros of Brevo 🚀
One key aspect of Brevo is that it integrates with tools like Messenger, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and email to centralize all B2C marketing communications.
I know many people using it for their business, and I gotta say the interface is beautiful and easy to use.
You can have templated responses (macros), as well as the possibility to work as a team 🤝
Everything is connected to the main marketing platform, meaning that you can create automations depending on what’s happening with your contacts while talking to them.
Pricing is very affordable and starts at €7 per month, going up to €499 per month if you need the professional plan 💰
Cons
Here are the cons of Brevo ⚠️
Brevo is a B2C software in my opinion, not B2B.
If you're looking for a CRM to help you with B2B conversations with a built-in inbox, then Brevo is not the right fit. You’d need a proper sales CRM instead.
Other than that, no real cons. This one is a gem 💎🚀
#3: RogerRoger, the lightweight CRM
RogerRoger is "The only inbox you will ever need".
It's basically a competitor of Beeper but it used to qualify itself as a CRM in the past so it's worth checking it.

Pros
Here are the pros of RogerRoger 🧠
RogerRoger is able to plug itself into Email, LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
But compared to Texts (Beeper) or Front, it has a CRM aspect that is limited, yet it does the job to manage contacts in a kanban or pipeline view, create deals, and more.
The team is committed and very focused. They’ve iterated a lot since 2017 to reach platform quality and stability.
Cons
RogerRoger is not an advanced CRM ⚠️
You have a great inbox, but you won’t have the power of a Breakcold or Attio to your advantage.
If you’re looking for an inbox first and a CRM second, then okay. But if you’re looking for a CRM first and an inbox second, it’s a no-go 🚫
We can also point out a lack of innovation, as they seem to monitor many competitors and copy features rather than initiate progress themselves 🕵️♂️
See, for example, the conversation below with one of the software’s partners who sent us an email by accident.

Are there any other viable alternatives to Breakcold & the other CRMs mentioned in this article?
Well, you also have others like Close or Front (which is not a CRM, but some people use it like one for its inbox), but I didn’t mention them because their unified inbox isn’t modern.
The thing is, there aren’t many actual CRMs with a truly good inbox management system in reality.
