This is great to analyze who had the upper hand during a call and if you have sales reps, analyze if they listen enough to prospects instead of pitching constantly.
Advanced analytics
The strength of Close is its Calling analytics so when they released their meeting recorder, they applied the same logic.
The calling activities of the recorder can be used with Close's traditional analytics so it can become powerful quickly.

Dedicated calendar links
You don't necessarily need Calendly or SavyCall to book meetings, you can also share your cal links via email or sms outreach with Close's meeting recorder.
Cons
Here are the cons of Close:
No AI customization
Unlike Breakcold, you cannot customize the AI generation so you'll be stuck with Close default system on that.
CRM #3: Attio - The AI CRM with Call Intelligence
Attio is one of the best CRM for PLG startups out there and released in 2025 their Call Intelligence feature.

If you don’t like the default display of Attio on calls, you can pick different modes and even personalize your AI note taker ⚙️.
This is helpful for companies that work in a very enterprise or corporate environment, where you can’t really afford to have a “light” look during calls 🏢.

Are there any other viable CRMs with Meeting recorder like Breakcold, Close and Attio mentioned in this article?
There are very mature CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce that have built in meeting intelligence, but those two always pop up 🤷♂️.
So I decided to focus on less quoted CRMs in this article 🧠.
Other than that, very few CRMs have an AI note taker built in at the moment. An honorable mention would be Clarify ✅.
