Zeliq is a B2B sales prospecting software for sales teams, especially SDRs and BDRs 🎯.
I first encountered Zeliq in 2023 when they raised their first round. The team had big ambitions to rival software like Apollo on the English-speaking market.
More than three years later, I have to say I rarely hear about Zeliq from English-speaking folks. But by digging into Ahrefs, I noticed that Zeliq’s customer base is largely French. The brand is strong there, with around 4k monthly searches, France accounting for about 88% of that traffic (the US being only 8%) 📊.
So Zeliq clearly cracked the code to grow in France. Let’s see why French users love their product so much 🔍.

Zeliq Review (TL;DR) | ||
|---|---|---|
Zeliq is a B2B sales prospecting & engagement tool built mainly for SDRs and BDRs who want a simple, process-driven sales workflow. 🇫🇷 Zeliq cracked the French market with strong brand awareness (≈4k searches/month, ~88% from France), but remains almost invisible in English-speaking markets. 🧠 The product looks basic, but that’s the trick: lots of features shipped while keeping the UI extremely light, which is rare in sales engagement software.
🎯 Best suited for sales teams that follow strict, repeatable processes and want to remove complexity and marketing dependencies. ✨ Biggest strengths:
💸 Biggest weakness: pricing
⚠️ Other user-reported downsides:
🧩 Feature set includes enrichment, Chrome extension, multichannel sequences, AI agent (Zelia), and sales education (Odyssey), but nothing truly category-defining. 🤔 Verdict:
🚀 Zeliq doesn’t try to do everything. It just helps sales reps execute and deliver — and for the right teams, that’s enough. | ||
My opinion about Zeliq
I tested Zeliq twice over a three-year period, and at first I was surprised by how little the product seemed to have evolved given their funding budget 🤔.
But I actually fooled myself. The product looks so simple that I assumed nothing had changed, when in reality they shipped a lot while keeping the UI/UX extremely light. And that’s not easy for sales engagement software.
I think Zeliq is a perfect fit for sales reps who need to follow a strict and rigid process, while cutting out the middleman or the marketing team to find leads ⚙️.

The software is definitely not as powerful as some of its competitors, but what does a sales team really need? To deliver. And Zeliq’s existing feature set, combined with its simplicity, can get you strong results if you actually follow the process.
It’s a great B2B sales tool for teams looking for a simpler and cheaper alternative to Salesloft or Outreach 💸.
In conclusion, I think Zeliq thrived in the French market because there aren’t many tools like it there. But in the English-speaking market, there are many Zeliqs. I didn’t get that “aha” moment where the product felt truly unique.
Pros & Cons of Zeliq
When I played with Zeliq, I rapidly noticed some pros and cons.
Pros
I see two main pros in Zeliq: its lead enrichment capabilities and the overall ease of use of the software 🧩.
It’s one of the easiest B2B sales tools I’ve ever used. If you can’t make Zeliq work, you probably have a serious problem, lol. This point is highlighted in many G2 reviews. Ease of use sounds simple, but it’s a massive feature in itself, especially when you know how steep the learning curve is for this type of software.

When it comes to enrichment capabilities (they call it the Enrichment Hub), the fact that they chose to offer 40+ providers in a waterfall system is honestly crazy 🤯. Even BetterContact or FullEnrich don’t go that far. No one does. On one hand, I like the ambition. On the other hand, it feels a bit like a marketing play for non-educated users, because if you understand how large waterfall systems can actually hurt data quality, you might be disappointed.
Other pros include:
The ability to use LinkedIn, email, and phone in the same sequence
Analytics for sales teams to monitor performance 📊
No need for another tool to find leads
A smart selection of native integrations
Cons
This is a tough one because the cons really depend on the type of customer you are 🤔.
I’m clearly not Zeliq’s ICP, so I naturally see more downsides than a regular user would.
That said, no matter who you are, I think the biggest con of Zeliq is its pricing 💸.
If you have a sales team, you’re forced into a Custom Plan with a minimum of 3 users at $1,500/year per user. Who wants that? Why not allow multiple seats at something like $59/mo, which would be far more affordable over 12 months than committing to $1.5k upfront. It feels like going back to Salesloft or Outreach all over again.

From a business perspective, I get it. But as an end user, I don’t. I assume the dedicated Account Manager and coaching help maximize results, but that’s more of a SaaS + service hybrid. This should probably be an upsell, or handled via certified Zeliq agencies instead.
Other cons mentioned by users on G2 include 📉:
Slow loading and performance: some users report delays or sluggish behavior that slows down workflows
Software bugs and instability: a minority of reviewers mention bugs, occasional errors, or issues with sequence automation
Learning curve: a few users feel some features aren’t immediately intuitive and require digging into help resources (I personally disagree with this one)
Mixed support experiences: while many praise the support team, a few mention slow responses or unhelpful troubleshooting in specific cases
Breakdown of Zeliq's features
Here's a detailed breakdown of Zeliq's features.
Email & Phone Enrichment

By importing leads from existing contacts in Zeliq or from a CSV file, you can enrich leads with their email and/or phone number in just a few clicks ⚡.
Very handy. This works with a credit-based system 💳.
1 credit equals 1 valid email address, and 1 phone number equals 10 credits.
LinkedIn Chrome Extension
Adding leads to a sequence can be a pain if you have to do everything directly from Zeliq 😤.
That’s why they built a handy chrome extension that lets you add people to Zeliq straight from your browser, either into contact lists or directly into a sequence ⚡.
The extension has good ratings and is used by more than 4,000 people, which says a lot about how useful it is in practice 👍.

Lead Database
Like most B2B sales software today, Zeliq doesn’t require you to use Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo to find leads before importing them 🔍.
Their lead database is pretty standard.
That said, they do offer some cool filters that are quite rare in B2B lead databases out there ⚙️, such as:
Job changes in the past 6 months
Companies that are currently recruiting
Zelia Agent

Zelia Agent is Zeliq’s ChatGPT 🤖.
It’s able to research, enrich, and sell for you. The good thing is that it’s not purely automatic, as sensitive actions require approval, which adds a layer of control ⚙️.
I haven’t had the chance to test it yet, so I can’t really comment on its performance.
Multichannel Sequences

Zeliq is one of the few B2B sales engagement software that integrates email, phone, and LinkedIn 📞.
When it comes to email and LinkedIn, actions can be automated.
For phone, it’s mostly manual calling. There’s no parallel dialing to my knowledge. You’re simply notified in the Zeliq dashboard when it’s time to make a call ⏰.
Campaigns don’t have many settings, but that’s actually a good thing because it doesn’t make the tool overwhelming.
A dork would say there are no A/B testing capabilities, but that’s overrated. Just run two campaigns 🎯.
Zeliq Odyssey

I really liked the Zeliq Odyssey module at first 📚.
It’s basically a free sales education platform created by the Zeliq team, with content available in both English and French.
However, I was a bit disappointed to see that none of the links were working, making it impossible to watch the resources 😕. Hopefully, they’ll fix this by the time you’re reading this article.
Integrations

I think it’s pretty crazy for a software with so much funding to have so few integrations after being out for multiple years now 🤯.
Zeliq integrates with HubSpot, Aircall, and Ringover, that’s it.
When you think about it, they don’t really need native integrations for data enrichment since it’s built in, same for LinkedIn-related features, so by default it reduces the number of integrations ⚙️.
Still, integrations with tools like Clay or Pipedrive could be very useful considering their ICP.
Pricing of Zeliq

We already touched on Zeliq’s pricing quite a bit when discussing its cons 💸.
Overall, Zeliq has three pricing plans:
Basic at $0/mo
Starter at $59/mo, limited to one user
Custom at $1.5k per user per year, with a minimum of three users
You don’t get access to lead scoring or LinkedIn features on the Basic plan ⚠️.
The Custom plan includes a team dashboard and dedicated account manager coaching to help you work on your sales strategy 🎯.
Alternatives to Zeliq & main competitors
Zeliq is evolving in one of the most competitive SaaS market in the world, but considering their domestic market being France, they have 2 main competitors/alternatives.
Zeliq vs Lemlist

Lemlist used to be a cold emailing software but has now become a fully fledged sales engagement platform 🚀.
Lemlist’s direction is clear: it wants to compete with Salesloft or Outreach, not with Smartlead or Instantly.
Overall, Lemlist is more complex than Zeliq. The learning curve is higher, but if I had to choose, I’d pick Lemlist for its pricing flexibility and the fact that you can get much bigger results in the long run once you master the software 🎯.
Calling is also built in with VOIP, which is a big plus as it avoids sales teams having to pay for yet another tool 📞.
Zeliq vs Apollo

Apollo does everything, but in the end it’s not really great at any one thing 🤷♂️.
If I had to choose, Zeliq is a no-brainer.
Effective and premium-quality lead enrichment, as capable as Apollo, if not better on the sequencing side ⚙️. There are few integrations, but they’re with the right tools, and even with the pricing constraints if you’re a team, Zeliq would still be my pick 🎯.
