I think I am probably the most qualified person on planet earth to do a review of Findymail (not joking lol) 😅.
Why?
Because I have been using Findymail since its creation as a paid customer, tried at least 10 other tools in the meantime, and I know the founder (Valentin Wallyn) very well 👀.
Finally, at Breakcold, we also released a native integration with more than 10 data providers, including Findymail, to do CRM data enrichment natively in our AI native CRM software 🤖.
I am not incentivized by Findymail to write this article, I just see so many bad claims on people who don't know nothing about email verification and email finding that I had to write this down.
Findymail Overview (TL;DR) |
|---|
Findymail is one of the most accurate email enrichment tools on the market consistently outperforming other providers in benchmarks and real-world usage. 📧 Best-in-class email enrichment accuracy, often finding 10–30% more valid emails than competitors. 🧪 Backed by data, used and validated by top sales teams and major tools like Clay. 💳 Fair pricing model only pay for valid results, not guesses. 📈 Great for serious outbound teams, especially if you’re running cold outreach at scale. 📞 Bonus: US phone enrichment now available (EU not yet). 🧠 Powerful features: CSV enrichment, domain enrichment, CRM Datacare for job-change updates, Apollo/Sales Nav scraping, plus a new AI lead finder (Intellimatch). 🔗 Strong integrations: Works smoothly with CRMs like Breakcold, HubSpot, Close + outreach tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, and more. 💵 Affordable vs competitors — $49/mo starter up to $249/mo is a sweet spot for scaling teams. ⚔️ Against competitors:
🚀 Bottom line: If you care about data quality in B2B sales, Findymail is arguably the best email finder you can get right now. |
What is my opinion on Findymail
I think that Findymail is arguably the best email finder on the entire market.
I am not saying that out of thin air, this is backed by data 🧠.
If you are in B2B sales, you are probably hanging out in obscure Slack channels (aka dark socials) and seeing tons of people benchmarking data enrichment tools.
Findymail is always coming out on top 🥇.
I also have intel that Clay, probably the biggest data enrichment tool aggregator (since they raised at a 3.1 billion dollar valuation), made an internal benchmark and placed Findymail in first position 📊. A shame that they never released it publicly.
It's also very important to notice that Clay has publicly put Findymail FIRST in the waterfall email enrichment feature, which highlight how great Findymail is.

Anyway, I have been paying for Findymail almost every month for the last 2 years and I have never been disappointed. This blog post is not sponsored, just sharing some knowledge.
Pros & Cons
Let me give you my quick pros and cons on Findymail.
Pros of Findymail:
- best email enrichment on the market
- finds about 10 to 30% more valid email addresses than other tools
- only charge you if the email found is valid (they created this concept)

Cons of Findymail:
- doesn’t enrich B2B phone numbers for the EU (only US numbers)
- lack of databases functionalities
Features of Findymail
Like other B2B email and phone finders, Findymail doesn’t have a large list of features.
But the few ones they have do the job perfectly.
Find Valid B2B Email Addresses
First, you can find the B2B email addresses of your leads 📧.
This is how Findymail started back in June 2022, when it evolved from enriching leads from Twitter profiles to a fully fledged email finder 🔄🚀.

Find by Full name + Company Name
You can find email addresses by importing a CSV with full names and company names.
I do not really recommend this method because your enrichment will be poor ⚠️.
It is not that Findymail is bad. It is simply that email enrichment is much easier and much more accurate when you have more data to work with 🧠📊.
Find by Full name + Company URL
This one is a KILLER. This is the method that I am using the most to enrich B2B email addresses 🚀.
If you have the website URL of your leads, the email enrichment rate will be between 60 to 80 percent or more depending on whether you are finding emails for SMBs or enterprise companies 📧🎯.
Find by Domain URL
This is called “Domain Enrichment”.
Domain Enrichment is a technique that is helpful when you only have the website URL of your leads and nothing else.
Typically, this happens when you have scraped some data or purchased leads lists from softwares like BuiltWith 🧠.
Step 1: You upload the CSV
Step 2: You pick which roles you are looking for (for example CEO or CMO)
Step 3: Findymail will start finding the person with the roles you selected and then enrich them with their email address 📧
Pretty handy right? 🚀

Find Valid B2B Phone Numbers
2 years after launching, I think that Findymail launched a new feature to find the valid B2B phone numbers of your leads.
You can only use this features for US contacts, you can’t enrich phone numbers from people in the UK or EU for example.
Scraping of Apollo & other platforms
This is how Findymail originally got started.
Lead databases like Sales Navigator or Apollo have multiple problems.
First, you cannot easily export contacts from them or you are heavily limited.
Second, the quality of the data is often not excellent, which means emails and phone numbers bounce and you end up contacting fewer leads 📉.

With Findymail, you can bypass those limits and export contacts from those databases with much better quality data.
Long story short, you have an export mode that allows you to export contacts from your searches in Apollo and Sales Navigator, and you can choose to enrich those contacts with Findymail 📧.
Super helpful 🚀.
CRM Data Enrichment
In 2024, Findymail launched a new feature called “CRM Datacare”.
Every year, about 20 percent of your CRM database becomes outdated 📉.
With CRM Datacare, Findymail monitors your CRM contacts and detects potential job changes. From there, Findymail enriches those contacts with their new valid B2B email addresses 🔄 📧.

Intellimatch: how to find leads with NLP
In 2025, Findymail released “Intellimatch,” their AI to find leads.
Forget about lead databases where you have to spend hours setting filters to find the leads you want ⏳; with this feature, you can just type in natural language what type of leads you’re after, and Findymail will deliver those leads to you.
For example, you can say: “I want HR Leaders in B2B startup companies in New York.” 📍
This removes the friction of using Findymail as an email or phone finder on top of a database.
Basically, you can now create lead lists directly from Findymail 🔍.

Integrations of Findymail
Findymail has about 15+ native integrations.
CRM Integrations with Breakcold & more
Findymail integrates natively with 5+ CRMs including Breakcold, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Close 🔌.
When it comes to Breakcold’s native integration, you can enrich your leads from Breakcold directly in 1 click or in bulk ⚡️.
You don’t have to leave the CRM to perform any data enrichment, super handy 👍.
How to use the Findymail integration inside Breakcold?
This is how the Findymail integration works with Breakcold.

Tips to find MORE emails & phone numbers (better enrichment rate tips)
1°) To get a better EMAIL enrichment
make sure that you have the website URL of your lead (to achieve 70%+ enrichment rate)
2°) To get a better PHONE enrichment
make sure that you have the LinkedIn URL of your lead (to achieve 70/80+% enrichment rate)
Lead Generation Tools Integrations
The next step after enriching your leads with data is usually to push them to lead generation tools to reach out to them.
Instead of doing boring CSV exports and imports from 1 tool to the other, you can easily push your leads enriched in Findymail to a specific campaign in: Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, Outreach, Salesloft & other lead gen softwares.

Pricing
Findymail is known for its low pricing although the quality of their data is stellar ⭐️.
They don’t charge per seat but per email and phone credits.
1 credit equals 1 email found, and 10 credits equals 1 phone number.
Pricing starts at $49/mo for 1,000 credits/mo.
Then it scales slowly to $99/mo for 5,000 credits and $249 for 15,000 credits.

From my experience, if you’re serious about cold emailing at scale with tools like Instantly or Smartlead, the $249/mo plan is a steal 💼.
Compared to other players, the pricing scales well in terms of credits received. Competitors won’t give you as many credits as you upgrade your plan.
Finally, the good thing about their pricing is that they only charge you for emails found. It’s a concept they introduced in 2022 that didn’t exist before 💡.
How Findymail compares to its biggest competitors?
Findymail is very different from its biggest competitors.
Findymail vs. Apollo
Apollo is an all-in-one sales tool that is extremely famous for its lead database 🔥.
Apollo competes with Findymail because people find it easier to use a tool where they can find leads directly.
With Findymail, you usually need a separate tool to find leads, and then you use Findymail to enrich those leads.
So on that end, Apollo wins.
However, Findymail is better at data enrichment than Apollo, and this is why many Apollo users are using Findymail on top of Apollo to find more email addresses and phone numbers in the US 📧📞.
Conclusion: Apollo is better if you need an all-in-one tool, but Findymail is better for data enrichment.

Findymail vs Wiza
Wiza has similar features to Findymail.
However, their pricing is totally different.
Wiza charges per seat, and you don’t get a lot of credits for $99/mo — less than 200 per month 💸.
For the same price, you get 5,000 credits per month with Findymail, and you’re not locked into seats 👍.
Conclusion: Findymail sounds better if you consider all aspects ✅.
