Referral and affiliate policy

This policy governs the Breakcold affiliate program operated by Logike SAS. To participate, register through the affiliate portal, provide accurate information and obtain your assigned referral link or promotional code. You must be legally able to participate and receive payments.

The program rewards eligible referrals of new paying Breakcold customers. Joining does not create an employment, agency or exclusive partnership relationship, and you cannot make commitments on our behalf.

The program pays a 30% recurring commission for every new paying customer you refer, for life. There is no earnings cap. The affiliate portal records referrals and commissions. Any separately agreed offer must state its terms before you participate.

Use the unique link or promotional code assigned to your affiliate account. An eligible purchase made with your assigned code can be attributed to you even when the customer does not use your link. You can view attributed referrals and commissions in the affiliate portal.

Browser settings, consent choices and deleted tracking data can affect link attribution. Do not bypass a person’s cookie choices or insert referral tracking without permission. If you believe an eligible referral is missing, contact us with the minimum information needed to investigate; do not send a customer’s payment credentials.

Do not create fictitious customers, substitute your code on another affiliate’s referral or use deception to obtain attribution. Contact us if a referral has been recorded incorrectly.

Standard payouts are made automatically on the 7th of each month through PayPal, once your payable commission balance reaches at least USD 50. Allow 3 to 5 days for the payment to appear. Balances below the threshold carry forward.

Keep your payment information accurate and provide any invoicing or tax information legally required for payment. You are responsible for taxes applicable to your earnings. Contact us about any missing or disputed payment.

You may share your referral link or code in truthful recommendations, newsletters, social posts, videos or other permitted organic promotion. Clearly disclose that you may receive commission when the law requires it, and do not make misleading claims about the product, pricing, results or your relationship with Breakcold.

Paid advertising is not allowed under the standard affiliate program. Commissions generated through paid advertising will not be paid. We may ask for evidence of how referrals were generated.

Do not send spam, scrape contact details unlawfully, use unsolicited tracking, impersonate Breakcold, publish false discounts or use our branding in a deceptive domain or account name. Respect the acceptable use policy, applicable advertising rules and the policies of the platforms you use.

Changes to the program apply to future participation and do not reduce the 30% recurring lifetime commission promised for existing referrals or remove commission already earned. You may stop promoting Breakcold at any time. Contact us about closing your affiliate account and settling its balance. The prohibition on paid advertising remains applicable.

French law applies. Disputes follow the applicable jurisdiction rules in the services agreement, without excluding mandatory protections.
