Folk was founded in 2020 by Thibaud Elziere, Jean-Yves Poilleux, and Simo Lemhandez.
Folk is actually an idea that Thibaud Elziere worked on for years at eFounders way before Folk's birth. Because the earlier projects failed without him, he decided to step in to disrupt the CRM industry.
Initially the tool qualified itself as a "no-code" CRM but since it uses other terminologies. Folk's UI/UX is exceptional from the landing page to the web application. It's a great product in the making.
Is Breakcold an alternative to Folk CRM that's worth it?
Although Breakcold has less integrations (eg. Instagram), you can build B2B relationships faster than Folk CRM when it comes to LinkedIn & Twitter contacts natively in the CRM.

Folk's pricing is really affordable. It has two subscriptions plans: the Premium and the Unlimited. The "Unlimited" plan is limited to 500 enrichments per month though. Breakcold is more expensive than Folk CRM because it also has powerful cold email features.
