Will it send anything without me?
Not unless you allow it. In Ask mode every email, message and change waits on an approval card. Switch an action to Auto only once you trust it, and undo what it changed.
Do I still get a full CRM?
Yes. Contacts, companies, deals, pipelines and your LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and email conversations stay in one place. Chief of Staff works on top of them, and you can still do everything by hand.
What can it connect to?
Inside Breakcold it works in tools like Linear, Jira, Notion, Stripe and Zapier, or any remote MCP server you add. The other way round, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client can work in your Breakcold through the Breakcold MCP.
