How Breakcold uses cookies and similar technologies, and how to choose or withdraw your preferences.

1. What this policy covers
This policy explains cookies, local storage, pixels and similar technologies used on the Breakcold public website. Logike SAS, 128 rue de la Boétie, 75008 Paris, France, is responsible for our use of these technologies. Contact support@breakcold.com with questions.
A cookie is a small value stored by your browser. Local storage can save preferences on a device. Scripts and pixels can send information such as a page viewed, browser details, online identifiers or a conversion event to a provider. A technology can require consent even if it is not called a cookie.
The signed-in application, an external booking page and provider websites may have their own controls. The preferences on this website apply to this browser’s use of this website. Our privacy policy explains personal data processing more broadly.
2. Your choice
Optional analytics, marketing and support scripts are disabled until you choose the corresponding category. You can accept all, reject all, or select categories using the cookie controls. Scrolling, continuing to browse or closing a page is not consent. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent access to the website.
Open “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time to change your choice or withdraw consent. Necessary storage remains enabled. If withdrawal requires a page reload to stop a script already running, the website reloads after saving your updated choice. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier consent-based processing unlawful.
We remember your choice in browser storage for up to six months. After it expires, or if the preference version changes, we ask again. If you clear browser storage or use another device or browser, you may need to choose again. The saved preference records the categories, version and time of your choice.

Necessary technologies rely on the applicable exemption from consent for storage or access strictly needed to provide a requested service. Optional technologies rely on your consent. The legal basis for the associated personal data processing is explained in the privacy policy.

The inventory below gives storage names, purposes, durations and provider access. Providers receive related events when their category is enabled. Their linked notices also explain their own server-side processing. Browser cookie choices do not control every server-to-server operation; those processing purposes are described in our privacy policy.
The application’s provider inventory also includes LinkedIn Conversions API. That server-side integration is distinct from the public website scripts listed above. The data processing addendum identifies the current service provider inventory and distinguishes processing roles.
4.1. Cookie and storage inventory
The inventory below describes the website configuration and the providers’ published storage behavior. An asterisk in a name represents a project-specific or provider-specific suffix. First-party storage belongs to the website domain or origin; this does not prevent the named provider from receiving the information through its script. Browser-storage lifetimes are different from the retention of information sent to a provider.

Third-party services can also receive cookies already stored for their own domains, depending on your browser settings and whether you use an account with them. Breakcold can clear its accessible first-party storage; removing cookies on another provider’s domain requires that provider’s controls or your browser settings. YouTube previews and players follow your Marketing choice or an individual video-loading choice. Other external widgets follow the separate choice described below.
5. Videos and external services
YouTube previews and players load automatically when you accept the Marketing category, including through Accept all. Without that consent, YouTube content stays blocked until you choose to load an individual video. That individual choice applies only to that video and does not change your saved cookie preferences. Loading YouTube sends it your IP address and other technical data and may enable its cookies. Other external widgets still require their separate loading choice. Following an external booking, payment or affiliate link takes you to that provider, where its privacy and cookie controls apply.
6. Storage and withdrawal
Our preference record lasts up to six months. Other storage may be limited to a session or persist according to the provider’s settings. You can inspect cookies and site storage in your browser and remove them at any time. We do not present our six-month preference period as the lifetime of every vendor cookie.
Cookie settings control future loading of the optional scripts on this website. Some third-party storage can be removed only through browser or provider controls. Disabling cookies alone may not stop every tracking method; use the website preferences as well. Refusing affiliate tracking may prevent a referral link from being attributed, although an assigned promotional code can provide a separate attribution method.
Consent choices on this website do not automatically change separate preferences in the Breakcold application, an advertising account or a third-party website.
7. Rights and updates
You can exercise personal data rights using the contact details in our privacy policy and complain to the CNIL or another competent supervisory authority. We update this policy when the relevant technologies or purposes change. A new purpose requiring consent is not enabled on the basis of an unrelated previous choice.
