What is my opinion on La Growth Machine (LGM)
When I started doing B2B sales in 2022, I heard about La Growth Machine (aka LGM) all the time from growth hackers 🚀.
“LGM is the best,” “LGM is the most advanced,” “LGM is the most complete sales automation software.”
So many praises, so I tested it back then. And at first, I found it very complex compared to other sales automation software. But those growth people were right. LGM is indeed the most advanced tool on the market, at least in terms of flexibility to design powerful sales workflows ⚙️.

However, it’s not for everyone. I’d say it’s better suited if you’re tech savvy. I don’t see your average Instantly.ai customer being able to use La Growth Machine properly.
LGM is also extremely safe on the LinkedIn side, which explains why it’s expensive (they should probably talk more about their premium proxies).
So for all these reasons, my opinion on LGM is very good. Amazing platform, very complete, expensive, but you get so many features in one place that it’s fair 💎. It’s a buy if you have high expectations and want to build natural yet automated workflows.
La Growth Machine LGM Overview (TL;DR) |
|---|
La Growth Machine (LGM) is one of the most advanced B2B sales automation tools on the market, built for teams that want deeply personalized, multi-channel outreach, not mass blasting.
|
Pros & Cons
Like any softwares, LGM has pros and cons.
PROS of La Growth Machine
The biggest pro of LGM is its multi-channel approach combined with its advanced workflow sequencer 🔥.
Except Lemlist and maybe Reply.io, there are zero sales automation tools doing true multi-channel sales automation, and LGM is the only one adding X (Twitter) to the mix as well.

For example, you can start by liking a lead’s X posts, then wait one day, then send a LinkedIn invite referencing the X post you liked, then send a voice note once the connection is accepted, and if there’s no reply, follow up with an AI-personalized email. It’s simply impossible to do all of that with another B2B sales tool ⚙️.
Other pros include:
Real-chat mode: helps make automated LinkedIn messages feel human by splitting them into blocks, like a real conversation
Unified inboxes: you can chat with leads via email and LinkedIn natively inside LGM
The marketing team is on fire, with tons of actionable content to learn how to build workflows using LGM 📚
Customer support is fast and responsive
CONS of La Growth Machine
The biggest cons of LGM are probably its learning curve and the potential bugs you can encounter ⚠️.
Because you can do so many things with LGM, there are a lot of options and sub-options, and you can get lost pretty quickly as a first-time user. And if you manage to make everything work, you might still experience bugs. We personally did at Breakcold when trying to set up workflows where the software didn’t behave as expected.

There’s always a risk when you’re using software that leverages multiple APIs related to B2B social channels. All similar tools have these issues. This is not an LGM-specific problem, it’s a global one. But you need to know that once every quarter or semester, you might experience some instability in your workflows 🧩.
Other cons of LGM:
Not a lot, to be honest
Pricing can be a con if you have a small budget 💸
Recurring cons shared by customers on G2 and Capterra
1. Software Bugs & Technical Issues
One of the main negatives users report on G2 is bugs, such as sync errors or glitches that disrupt campaigns or contact management.
2. Data Inaccuracies
Some reviewers say lead data or contact details can be inaccurate, which can hurt campaign credibility if messages go to the wrong contacts.
3. Email Customization Limitations
Users feel that email personalization options are limited, making it harder to craft ultra-tailored messaging compared to some competitors.
4. Occasional Error Messages & Workflow Disruptions
Error messages or glitches in sequences are mentioned as frustrating and can interrupt outreach flows.
5. Pricing & Plan Limitations (mentioned indirectly in reviews and market commentary)
Though less often cited in the direct reviews, several users note that advanced features are gated behind higher-tier plans (e.g. custom workflows, integrations), and the tool isn’t the cheapest option on the market.
Key Features of La Growth Machine
LGM has many features. I will focus on the most important ones and the ones that make the software unique on the market.
Advanced workflow sequencer

LGM has a very flexible workflow builder 🧠.
It’s visually appealing. It feels like using a Miro board, but for cold outreach.
You basically add blocks one after the other. Each block can be related to a trigger or an action (LinkedIn, Email, X, voice). What makes it special is that you can really build complex decision trees depending on what’s happening with your leads ⚙️.
And you can also A/B test directly inside those workflows, which is pretty wild 🎯.
Email + LinkedIn + X + Voice outreach automation

Some software automate cold emailing, like Smartlead and Instantly ✉️.
Some software automate LinkedIn outreach, like HeyReach and Expandi.
Then you have LGM, which does both and also automates X plus voice messages 🎙️.
If you strongly believe in multi-channel outreach, LGM is indeed the perfect tool for you. There are limitations though. You won’t be able to send cold emails at scale or run LinkedIn automation at scale for an affordable price. But LGM’s mindset is different. It’s built to create hyper-personalized sequences for each lead 🎯.
Waterfall Enrichment
LGM recently added waterfall enrichment, similar to BetterContact 🔄.
You can easily enrich the email or phone numbers of your leads by using multiple API providers one after the other to find more data.
They’re doing this with 9 different providers and 2 verification tools ✅.
Unified Email & LinkedIn Inboxes

Some sales automation software just send emails and LinkedIn messages, but you have no way to manage replies in the same tool ⚠️.
Not with LGM. You can manage all your replies from one place and label them as interested, won, lost, etc. 💬
This becomes especially useful when you think about LGM’s webhook features, which allow you to push positive replies to a CRM like Breakcold, for example 🔗.
Lookalike Prospects

If you know B2B sales software like Ocean.io, you probably know that it’s now easy to find lookalike prospects if you already have 10 to 50 ideal customers identified 🧠.
LGM didn’t hesitate and cut the middleman by pushing a lookalike feature directly inside their software, so you can find leads within LGM based on the leads that already worked in your campaigns.
For example, if you mark some people as interested, meaning they are qualified leads, LGM will be able to find more leads like them and put them on autopilot in the same campaign 🔄. Pretty wild 🚀.
AI LinkedIn Voice Messages
AI LinkedIn voice messages allow you to personalize voice notes at scale 🎙️.
For example, if you say “Hey FIRSTNAME,” the AI will use your voice and replace FIRSTNAME with the correct name for each lead.
That way, if you’re smart about it, you can build really clever workflows that feel personal without being manual ⚙️.
Real-Chat Mode

Real-chat mode is a killer because the main problem with LinkedIn automation tools is that messages are sent in one single block 💬.
Because of that, automated LinkedIn messages are easy to spot.
With real-chat mode, you can split your message into three or more blocks, so LGM sends them in small, quick batches, just like a real person would do when texting 🧠. No one sends huge blocks of text.
That simple detail makes outreach feel much more natural and human ⚡.
Native Lead Database

LGM has its own lead database, so you don’t have to buy another tool like Apollo or similar to build your lead lists 📊.
This is helpful because it avoids constant back and forth with CSV exports and imports.
The database is obviously not as complete as Apollo or Ark AI, but it’s still solid for running campaigns directly inside LGM ⚙️.
Integrations of La Growth Machine

LGM doesn’t have many native integrations, which is a bit surprising for a sales tool with such a strong reputation 🤔.
I think this comes from the fact that whenever something becomes popular, they prefer to build it internally rather than rely on external integrations ⚙️.
CRM Integrations with Breakcold & more
Notably, LGM integrates with Breakcold, an AI-native CRM, to push leads directly from Breakcold into LGM 🔗.
Other integrations include Slack, Zapier, Make, Clay, and RB2B ⚙️.
Pricing
LGM pricing starts at $60/mo and goes up to $180/mo 💰.
They don’t charge per user, but per identity, meaning per connected account. Each identity can include LinkedIn, Email, X, and Calling, depending on the plan ⚙️.
X, for example, is only available in the Ultimate plan.
They also offer specific packages for lead enrichment and agencies 🧩.

How La Growth Machine compares to its biggest competitors?
LGM has many many many competitors, but I'll focus on the most relevant ones.
La Growth Machine vs. Lemlist
Lemlist is simpler than LGM and is now more powerful than LGM on the calling side, with VOIP built in 📞.
However, LGM is more advanced overall, so the potential for complex workflows is higher ⚙️.
I’d say sales teams with traditional sales reps should pick Lemlist, while B2B startups and teams with GTM engineer roles should go with LGM 🎯.
La Growth Machine vs Reply
Reply has a similar feature set to LGM 🤝.
However, they’re taking a massive AI turn at the moment, so I’d say LGM is more focused and, as a result, a better option 🎯.
La Growth Machine vs. Zeliq
Zeliq is a newcomer, and it seems to want to compete with tools like Lemlist, Salesloft, and Outreach 🤔.
My take here is similar to how I view Lemlist: it can be a solid contender, but its positioning and feature set feel closer to traditional outreach platforms, not the deeply flexible automation workflows that tools like LGM offer ⚙️.
