    Hey there everyone! Today, I want to talk to you about how I use Breakcold CRM to close deals and accelerate my sales pipeline. This software has been a total game-changer for me, and I want to share my experience with you.

    Before I dive into the nitty-gritty, I want to touch on the basics of lead generation. Every company, whether it's a SaaS or an agency, has two ways of generating leads: inbound and outbound. Inbound leads are generated through your website, content, and sign-ups, while outbound leads are generated through cold calls and cold emails.

    Once you have your leads, it's time to close the deal. This is where Breakcold CRM comes in. However, I want to introduce you to another way to close deals faster - engaging with your prospects on social media.

    In our industry, where everything is about digital marketing, engaging with prospects on social media can set you apart from your competition. This can be done through Twitter or LinkedIn, where your prospects are most active. By engaging with your prospects, you can ultimately get them to become customers, which will increase your social reach and social proof.

    Now, let's talk about how Breakcold CRM can help you with this process. With Breakcold, you can easily access all of your leads in one place. By engaging with your prospects on social media, you're increasing the chances of them becoming customers, and ultimately accelerating your sales pipeline.

It has a simple, user-friendly interface that makes it easy for me to keep track of all of my leads and engage with them on social media.     Engaging with prospects makes you more likable, and the best part is, you don't even have to leave the CRM to send a message to prospects on Twitter, LinkedIn, or email. This is a game-changer as it allows you to close leads much faster than usual. The same goes for your pipeline. Imagine you're in the service business and have a deal worth it. You can simply use the CRM without doing any groundwork research. From there, you can engage with your prospects by liking their tweets and compiling their use to stay top of mind during a deal. Building strong relationships is crucial, and this will enable you to do so efficiently.

    Tracking your prospects is key. Every time I have a new sign-up, I track them, and this allows me to aggregate their LinkedIn posts and tweets. Some prospects may not close every time, so engaging with them regularly is crucial. By checking the prospecting feed every day, I can quickly and easily identify the most active customers and prospects I want to build relationships with. For those who are not as active, I can still follow up with them one to three times a month, and make it relevant and hyper-personalized.

    If you have a team, they can also engage on your behalf. For instance, I like to use Rory in my test showcase and demo. With Breakcold, we have created what we call a prospecting feed, which aggregates all the LinkedIn posts and tweets of your prospects and clients. By checking this feed every day for just 20-30 minutes, you can easily identify the most active customers and prospects, build strong relationships, and close more deals faster.

    You can just click on this button and decide to engage on behalf of, for example, your co-founder. But if you have a team or if you're an agency owner, you can assign a virtual assistant to engage with your prospects on your behalf. This way, you can close deals faster than usual or at least stay top of mind before the next call.

    You can also build different types of lists. As you can see here, I have a bunch of different lists. When I go back to the feed, my feed will adapt to where my prospects are in my sales pipeline. At every single stage of the customer journey, you can engage with them, so you can accelerate every single stage of the sales funnel. That's pretty much how I use Breakcold when it comes to its CRM parts.

    You can also use your CRM to generate leads

    Every day, I do a little check. I like the posts and send messages when it's relevant for follow-ups. When you think about it, in the CRM world, it also helps for retention whether you're an SaaS or an agency. If your existing customers like you, they will give you more feedback and appreciate you more, so there will be more word of mouth.

    The best way to grow as a company is not ads, but word of mouth. You can also create a word of mouth because at the end of the day, the best way to grow as a company is not ads, it's word of mouth. For the biggest part of it, at least, sign up with a LinkedIn profile.

    I follow and aggregate the posts of some key value influencers in my niche and some key partnership partners in my niche, so if we have something to do, if we want to work together in the future, everything is ready because I built enough B2B relationships to get things going really fast, essentially. But that's pretty much about management of the pipeline and all this kind of stuff. We might talk about it in another video.
