Clarify AI CRM story
Clarify is a Seattle based AI native CRM founded in 2024 by Patrick Thompson, Austin Hay and Ondrej Hrebicek. The team raised over $20M, including a Series A led by USVP and Gradient with Madrona also participating, to build a CRM that takes over the manual sales admin work and competes with Salesforce on the high end.
The pitch is solid: an autonomous CRM where AI agents enrich accounts, recap calls, generate workflows and surface revenue insights, without anyone touching a record. They sell it as a fresh take on the category for revenue teams that want less data entry.
Clarify vs Breakcold in 2026
Both Breakcold and Clarify belong in the same AI native CRM shortlist. We are in every comparison conversation about the new wave of CRMs and that is fair, the two products are closer than most of the legacy stack.
The split is audience and channels. Clarify targets bigger revenue teams that mostly live in Salesforce territory and built one autonomous AI workflow on top. Breakcold is for SMB sales teams of 2 to 50 that actually do the sales work themselves across multiple channels every day. We auto-sync LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, calls and meetings into one unified inbox, with multiple pipelines, custom objects and a first party MCP server that gives Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor the same control surface as a human user.
The other practical gap is pipelines. Clarify automates one pipeline well. Most real sales teams run two to five pipelines, one for new business, one for renewals, one for partnerships and so on. Breakcold ships custom objects and multiple pipelines as a default, not an upgrade.
Clarify pricing vs Breakcold pricing
Clarify uses an AI credit model with unlimited seats. Starter is $50 per month flat with 5k AI credits included. Extra credits are sold in blocks of 5k for $50. Free has 1k credits and a 20k record cap. Growth is custom pricing.
Breakcold is $59 per month for the base plan with one seat and one channel account included, plus unlimited enrichment at $0 token cost. Extra seats are $10 per month and extra accounts are $10 per month. A team of 5 on Breakcold is $59 + 4 x $10 = $99 per month with no AI credit ceiling.
For a small team that uses AI sparingly, Clarify Starter at $50 is cheaper on paper. For a team that actually runs AI workflows daily and needs LinkedIn, WhatsApp or Telegram in the inbox, Breakcold gives you the channels plus the unlimited AI side for a flat $99 at five seats.
