Overview

Fireflies.ai automatically records, transcribes, and analyzes your meetings across various video conferencing platforms.

What is the purpose of the webhook section?

It's to get your transcripts auto-synced instantly once it's available instead of the default system that auto-syncs every 3 hours the transcripts.

Why don't you add Fathom, Read.ai, Otter & more?

We want to but we can't, the API of these tools is very poor and we can't achieve the same quality (at all) than with Fireflies or the other ones that we added.

Configure

Open Fireflies > Settings > Developer settings and follow these steps to connect the integration.

  1. Copy your Breakcold recording webhook URL below.
  2. Open Fireflies and go to Settings > Developer settings.
  3. Paste the Breakcold URL in the webhook field and save.

Fireflies webhooks only include the meeting reference. Add a Fireflies API key after connecting to let Breakcold fetch transcripts automatically.
