It's to get your transcripts auto-synced instantly once it's available instead of the default system that auto-syncs every 3 hours the transcripts.

Why don't you add Fathom, Read.ai, Otter & more?

We want to but we can't, the API of these tools is very poor and we can't achieve the same quality (at all) than with TL;DV or the other ones that we added.
