From my perspective, its main competitor are Klenty and Outplay. All of them are trying to become alternative to Salesloft and Salesforce.

Breakcold and Outplay both embraced Social Selling by implementing their LinkedIn integrations.
Breakcold is more a CRM than a sales engagement software. If you want to cultivate your existing relationships (existing clients and warm prospects) to close deals faster and improve retention. Then Breakcold is the way to go.

For its pricing and everything that it does, Overloop is a great sales automation software. However, if you need an all-in-one tool with strong social crm features, Breakcold is more interesting for its price with unlimited users.
