Capsule CRM was founded by Duncan stockdill and Phillip Haines in 2009 in the golden age of CRM softwares. During that phase, they accumulated a great number of customers that helped them build the product that exist today.
To my knowledge, Capsule CRM hasn't raised any money to grow as a software company. Congrats to them!
Is Breakcold an alternative to Capsule CRM that's worth it?
If you're a solopreneur focused on just handling some contacts, then Breakcold is not an alternative that's worth it. However, if your goal is to generate leads and close deals as fast as possible with and without social media, Breakcold is for you.
Capsule CRM Pricing vs Breakcold Pricing
Capsule CRM has three pricing plans that are very attractive in my opinion: the first plan starts at $15 per month per user and the maximum plan is at $40. Workflow automations to save time and generate leads are in the $27 per month plan and above.
Breakcold is more expensive than Capsule CRM. If you have a team, you won't have to pay per user which might be really useful. Although it's more expensive, Breakcold's advantage is that it's an all-in-one sales CRM and sales automation tool. Capsule is "only" a sales CRM. You'll need another tool for sales prospecting.
