AI CRM #2 with LinkedIn Integration: Folk CRM

Folk CRM or just « Folk », like Breakcold has a nice good looking chrome extension that helps you add CRM contacts from LinkedIn.

Unlike Breakcold, you can also scrape likers and commenters of your posts to add them to the CRM and automate LinkedIn Sales Navigator (which is dangerous) to add them on the CRM.

However, Folk doesn’t auto-sync LinkedIn messages to the CRM. It relies on the chrome extension for that but users report that it’s unstable.

On the AI side, Folk is using generative AI to personalise your email follow ups, generating summaries of your leads and asking questions about them.

Which one is better: Breakcold or Folk CRM?
