What is the purpose of the webhook section?

It's to get your transcripts auto-synced instantly once it's available instead of the default system that auto-syncs every 3 hours the transcripts.

Why don't you add Fathom, Read.ai, Otter & more?

We want to but we can't, the API of these tools is very poor and we can't achieve the same quality (at all) than with Fireflies or the other ones that we added.
