2. Which terms apply
These terms govern visits to the Breakcold website and use of its public materials. Paid and trial use of our CRM is governed by the services agreement, which includes our refund policy. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain personal data and tracking practices. Using the website does not constitute consent to optional cookies. The acceptable use policy, developer terms, referral policy and vulnerability disclosure policy apply to the activities they describe.
3. Using the website
You may browse the website, use the public tools as intended and share links to our pages. You must not disrupt the site, bypass access controls, misrepresent your identity, upload malicious content, or use the site to infringe another person’s rights. Our vulnerability disclosure policy explains how to report an issue and request written testing authorization.
Public calculators, templates, comparisons and educational articles provide general information. Check that their assumptions and results fit your circumstances. They are not individualized legal, financial or other professional advice. Product information and prices may change; the terms displayed for your confirmed order govern a purchase.
4. Content and intellectual property
The website, its design, text, logos and other protected materials belong to Logike SAS or their respective licensors. You may make reasonable copies for your own reference and use materials expressly offered for download according to their stated license. You must retain required attribution.
Other copying, republication, resale or use of our branding requires permission unless a legal exception applies. Linking to the website must not suggest an endorsement or relationship that does not exist. These terms do not restrict statutory exceptions or licenses expressly provided with software or content.
5. External links and services
Links to other websites and embedded services are provided for convenience. Their operators control their content and practices. Before using them, review their terms and privacy information. A link does not imply that Breakcold controls or endorses the destination.
If you choose to load an external video, book a meeting or visit an affiliate portal, that provider may receive data needed for the interaction. Our cookie policy explains the choices that apply on this website.
6. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and accessible, but may need to correct, update or temporarily suspend parts of it. Contact support if you find an error or inaccessible page.
Responsibility for harm is determined under applicable law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections or personal data rights. The services agreement governs liability for the subscribed service.
7. Changes and applicable law
We may update these website terms and show the revision date on this page. Material changes to a subscribed service are handled under the services agreement. Earlier events remain subject to the terms applicable at the time.
French law applies, without removing mandatory protections available under other applicable laws. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction rules set out in the services agreement, including its protections for consumers. Contact us first at support@breakcold.com so we can try to resolve your concern.
